class descriptions:

Sport Sculpt: Effective functionally integrated strength training designed to give you the lean body and muscular tone you desire. This is a challenging intermediate class with 15-minute abs included.

Kickboxing Bag class: Intensity defined...Jessica will take you through a series of challenging and powerful drills to burn fat and calories and tone muscle all while relieving stress and sweating like never before!  Express Bag is 30 minutes in length!

Spinning: This class will improve your health, fitness and mind. The fundamental techniques and positions have been created to allow a safe, fun and effective workout. It is for every age and fitness level. This is your ride…take it!!

Kickboxing: This fun class will challenge your body and mind through intense drills that will strengthen, tone and contour your body. KICK BUTT TO LOSE IT!

Sculpting: Equipment and Weights are utilized for effective strength training to give you the lean body and muscular tone you desire. Stretching and Core work included.

Stretch and Core Training: Utilizing balance work, isolation and equipment the lower back, obliques and abdominal muscles will be challenged. In the Stretch and Core class, an element of stretching will be included.

Pilates: Pilates matwork was designed to make your body smarter. This workout is structured around your body's "powerhouse" - abs, hips, lower back and glutes. During each exercise, you will work every muscle in your core simultaneously. You can improve posture, core strength and stamina creating a leaner looking physique.

Yoga: Integrate body and mind to increase flexibility, strength and mental awareness. Focuses on breathing, relaxation, strength and core power.

Iyengar: This style of yoga is known for its use of props to help students achieve better structural alignment and a deeper understanding of their asana practice.

Flow: In this style of yoga, also known as Vinyasa, poses are placed in a special way to encourage fluidity of movement and breath.

Power Yoga: Get ready to sweat! This style of yoga is challening but very rewarding way to exercise. Increase balance, flexibility, muscle endurance and strength.

Strong and serene: This yoga class will take you on a peaceful and powerful journey through movement. Experience a variety of Hatha Yoga poses balanced with breath work and meditation.

Yogilates: A beautiful blend of Pilates and Yoga that will strengthen your core and increase overall body and breath awareness.
